MamaBear 101
Lift, Learn, Grow, Repeat.
MamaBear is an 8-week class for mamas who want to build strength, mobility, and stability — with real consideration for your pelvic floor and core, whatever stage of motherhood you’re in.
Here’s the truth: motherhood is a demanding sport, and your body deserves training that actually matches the load you’re carrying — not a class that ignores what it’s been through.
Each week has a theme pulled straight from real motherhood: the sport of motherhood, controlling the controllables, the inner critic, fueling for the load you carry, sleep & recovery, growing in good company, the motherhood transition, and a full circle moment to bring it all together. Alongside the conversation, every class includes a structured workout built by a pelvic health physical therapist — because common doesn’t mean normal, and your body is worth training for.
This is a space where you’re safe, seen, and heard for all things mama. No judgment, no bounce-back pressure — just real support and real strength.
All mamas welcome, wherever you are on the motherhood spectrum — pregnant, a few weeks postpartum, a few years postpartum, or your baby just left for college. There’s no timeline you’ve missed and no point where it’s “too late” to join.
MamaBear 102
Lift, Learn, Grow, Dominate.
This is an 8-week course for mamas wanting to expand upon their knowledge acquired in MamaBear 101.
In this course we will take a deeper dive into the physiology of the pelvic floor and core. We will identify new loading opportunities and more complex movement progressions to further encourage strength gains, stability, and mobility. With respect to breath-work, time will be spent on awareness and identification of new breathing opportunities.
For your safety you must be 12 weeks or more postpartum to participate. All mamas welcome – even if you are 70 years postpartum!
We create a space where you are safe, seen and heard for all things mama. This course will offer time to connect, reconnect and re-center upon what mama has learned in the prior course.
It also is an opportunity for deeper self-connection and provides a continuation of time devoted to self-evaluation and taking advantage of change opportunities.
Limit of 16 mamas per 8-week course.
